Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
House consider the Senate message (page 358) on the following:                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 13(MLV)                                                                                   
    Urging the United States Department of the Army to maintain and                                                             
    strengthen the current level of its combat-capable structure in the                                                         
    state and not to take structural realignment actions with regard to
